Returns
Returns on defective product
MyCar Trim offers a warranty against defects in material or workmanship. In this case, we will take care of the return fees. Plus, in case of a replacement, we’ll also take care of the new shipping fees.
Returns on non-defective product
Returns on non-defective product must be done within 30 days of the product reception date. To be returned the product must meet all of these conditions:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including insurance. clearance and taxes) **.
**For the United States and Canada, we have a special deal that allows you to return your product for a $35 (USD) flat fee (including the pickup, clearance and taxes) that will be deducted from the full refund. Simply ask for an RAN and we’ll arrange the pickup.
How to initiate a return
Please contact MyCar Trim through email or phone prior to returning any merchandise for authorization and instructions. All returns are subject to our current warranty policy.
All product returns must have an assigned Return Authorization Number prior to returning the merchandise.
Refund on returns
We will issue the refund within 48h (business days) of product reception.
The terms and conditions of this site are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Quebec, notwithstanding any conflict of jurisdiction. Any dispute relating to this website, the terms and conditions, or any transaction, including the sale of a product, using this website will be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
