5 year warranty on the product
MyCar Trim's side moldings have a 5 year warranty against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the damage was caused during transport, by abuse, neglect, accident, altered or repainted parts, vandalism, fire or smoke, rocks or gravel, scratches from keys or other foreign objects or if the parts have been installed incorrectly. Warranty is non-transferable. Customer must provide proof of purchase such as the invoice number, date, product numbers and descriptions when requesting a return for warranty consideration.
When dealing with a warranty claim, we reserve the option to decide whether we will replace the parts or refund the purchase price. The company will not be responsible for any claims beyond the replacement or reimbursement of the parts.
Returns accepted* within 30 days of reception date
We are so confident that you will be delighted by the exceptional quality of our products we offer to give your money back you if you are not 100% satisfied. In this case, we will accept that you return the product* to us within 30 days of the invoice date, then we will refund completely. Note that shipping fees will not be reimbursed or paid. Please follow the return procedure described below.
* To be returned the product must meet all of these conditions:
All product returns must have an assigned Return Authorization Number prior to returning the merchandise.
Please contact MyCar Trim prior to returning any merchandise for authorization and instructions. All returns are subject to our current warranty policy.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including insurance. clearance and taxes) **.
**For the United States and Canada we have a special deal that allows you to return your product for a $35 (USD) flat fee (including the pickup, clearance, taxes). Simply ask for an RAN and we’ll do the rest, we will then refund the full amount minus the $35 on reception.
If an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once we’ve confirmed the package is in transit we’ll ship you a replacement or credit your account.
